Micro grinding system ACM operates upon the principle of impact causing the high speed rotating plate rotor with crush pins.The grain size of material is to be micronized by the impact of raw material on the rotating crush pins(2)and fixed liner(3) as well as the impact of material particles against each other.The particles with certain size will be spurted into classifying zone(6) under the coeffect of attraction force(F1)by the fan and the cenerifugal force(F2) by the classifier(5) .The fine particles near the center of classifier will be out going to the product output pipe if F1≥F2,The coarse particles in classifier will be sent into the grinding zone causing the centrifugal force F2 of themselves and to be grinded again.

Particle Size Distribution
Individual solid particle size of powder coating is not uniform.The particle size of product of grinding system ACM distributes in a certain size range and is described in percentage of total quantity of the sample.The horizontal axis is size of particle(μm).The vertical axis is the percentage either by volume or weighT of particle in a size range.
